At MVNOU we've offered a money back gurantee for over five years. Due to the changes we've made in the way we price our services we will no longer offer a money back guarantee.

New Policy Effective 9/18/2017

- No refunds wlll be given for monthly mainteance fee's that are part of your subscription.
- Cancel any time you wish, if your unhappy after your first month as an MVNO client you only loose your first monthly subscription fee.
- We allow you to upgrade your subscription at any time, start with monthly and switch to annual later.
- No refunds for funds loaded into your TeleKloud account.
- No refunds for airtime purchased (activations/replenishments)
