SIM Card Shipment Policy

- All SIM cards are shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail (depending on weight), this is 2-3 day shipping anywhere in the USA.

- We can not ship overnight or any faster, so please order enough so you don't run out.

- We do not stock SIM cards at our main office.

- We ship SIM cards twice a month only, orders are placed with the manufacturer around the 1st and 15th of each month and ship from our office a few days after.

- The manufacturer has been known to be slow sometimes with the shipments (not often), so this could change delivery time in rare circumstances.


Ordering SIM Cards

Once your account is setup SIM cards can be ordered by opening a support ticket in the TeleKloud back office.

When opening a ticket to request SIM cards please include the amount of SIM cards you wish to order along with the network.

Becuase it's a non-service related issue, tickets requesting SIM cards will only be answered during normal business hours Monday - Friday.
