How do I move a customer to the new agreement?

Step 1: Navigate to the customers order.

Step 2: Click the "Options" button and locate the "Switch Agreement" option in red.



Step 3: Determine if the customer wants a new number or if they wish to keep the same number. NOTE: Keeping the same number could take 24-72 hours, some of which the customer may be without service.




Step 4: Input a new SIM card number and click "Start Migration", if successful the order should change to a PENDING status.
