This article is a overview of how e-mail notifications work in TeleKloud. All e-mail notifications sent from TeleKloud are private labeled with your brand, logo, and e-mail address.
These are e-mail notifications sent to your customers when specific events take place.
These are notifications sent to you (the VAR admin) or your partners when specific events take place.
NOTE: If you don't setup your NOTIFY_CLIENT_SUPPORT_TICKET and NOTIFY_CLIENT_SUPPORT_TICKET_UPDATE notification you will not receive an e-mail from TeleKloud when a staff member replies to one of your support tickets.
